Bwengu village is in Malawi, approx 470k north of the capital Lilongwe. It lies on the main M1 road 65km due north of the town of Mzuzu. It is approx 3500 feet up and is surrounded on all sides by mountain ranges. The village, which lies within a valley close to these mountains, has approximately 5000 adults and children.
